Airline Reservation and Ticketing Rules

Booking Procedures: Booking a reservation places the reservation in the system but does not guarantee the quoted fare.  Once the reservation has been ticketed, the fare is guaranteed.   At the time of ticketing, you will receive the email confirmation.  It must be reviewed immediately for accuracy.  We cannot be responsible for discrepancies not detected immediately.

Electronic Ticket: Is the preferred method of ticketing.  We provide “paper” tickets upon request; however, all carriers charge a fee for the issuance of paper tickets.  These charges would be passed on to the client.

Trip Cancellation and Flight Changes:  It is required that we be notified immediately of any changes or cancellations.  Most airlines allow the unused, non-refundable tickets to be used toward future travel if the reservation is cancelled prior to the departure.  If a non-refundable ticket is not cancelled prior to departure, the airlines will not allow reuse of the funds. There are penalties and fees involved with these changes.

FaresFares are subject to change until ticketed.
A quote will be provided for the schedule requested by the traveler, quoting refundable and non-refundable rates as requested. Most inexpensive fares are non-refundable and generally require an advance purchase.

Airline tickets are not transferable and non-endorsable.
