  HOW WE DO IT

   
  You will be asked to supply basic information reagrding your company. Your company’s profile will contain information about your company: address, phone numbers, contact person, etc. Your travel policies will be strictly enforced by all travel consultants.
   
  You will be provided with “Executive Profile Form ” for each individual traveler. This information is STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL. This profile will personalize the needs of each traveler; frequent flyer numbers, seating preferences, car rental, hotel preferences, etc.
   
  Reservations will be sent via email for review. All information must be verified for accuracy. Reservations must be approved by email before tickets can be issued.
